{"id":6148,"date":"2019-03-13T00:01:30","date_gmt":"2019-03-12T23:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.astrosaf.it\/?p=6148"},"modified":"2019-03-09T18:02:41","modified_gmt":"2019-03-09T17:02:41","slug":"comunicato-importante-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.astrosaf.it\/?p=6148","title":{"rendered":"COMUNICATO IMPORTANTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>COMUNICATO<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Ricordiamo ai soci della<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000080;\">SOCIETA\u2019 ASTRONOMICA FIORENTINA ONLUS<\/span><br \/>\nche <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">GIOVEDI\u2019 14 MARZO 2019<\/span><br \/>\nin seconda convocazione sono previste due Assemblee dei Soci:<\/h2>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8211; la prima (dalle ore 21.00): <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ORDINARIA<\/span> dove verr\u00e0 discusso il Bilancio di Esercizio, il Bilancio Preventivo e verranno effettuate le votazioni per il rinnovo del Consiglio Direttivo, ecc.;<br \/>\n&#8211; la seconda (dalle ore 22.30): <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">STRAORDINARIA<\/span> dove verr\u00e0 presentato il nuovo Statuto dell\u2019Associazione. A seguito della rivoluzione del Terzo Settore, con Decreto legislativo 3 Luglio 2017 n\u00b0117, le ONLUS sono state abrogate, quindi, abbiamo dovuto fare delle scelte per inquadrare nuovamente la nostra attivit\u00e0 e questo ha comportato la modifica dello statuto.<br \/>\nSi ricorda che per convalidare tale modifica \u00e8 necessario raggiungere la presenza dei 2\/3 dei soci.
